• Car rental company rates – see www.sofia-airport.bg In case you do not want to rent a car, we provide transportation to the viewing spots at minimum charge of 15 cents per kilometer.
• Accommodation - The company will arrange customer’s accommodation in 2/3/4 star hotel for the viewing period .This process usually takes 3 to 7 days and it is customer obligation to cover accommodation fees. Your hotel stay will cost between 30-70 Euro per room per night. We can meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel (please give plenty of notice). We do not charge you for booking you a hotel.
• Viewing fee - 10 € per each property but not exceeding 50 Euro a day. Number of properties viewed will depend upon their location.
  The viewing fees are fully refunded in case of purchase!
• Research on the property - check on the property ownership, check for mortgages - 100 €
• Conducting a survey on a special request. Finding a property according your requirements - 480 €
• Financial advice on where and how to invest – 1.7% of the amount for investing.
• Opening a business account - 25 €
• Company Registration Fee - 500 €
• Lawyers fee - - 100 € upon signing the preliminary contract, 100 € on the completion of the deal.
• Agent commission-2,5% of the property sell price but not less than 300 €. Our commission is payable when paying the deposit for the property and signing the preliminary contract.
• Accounting and book-keeping - 150 € per year.
