We are charging the following fees and agent’s commissions 

When you have already chosen a property to buy there are some additional taxes and fees that are to be added to the property price:

Agency commission:      the services we provide that agency commission covers are- solicitor’s  assistance, full check on the title deeds  and the owner’s all necessary contracts  , paperwork, communication costs , etc. We protect the rights of our buyer.

Other expenses  :  Depending on the kind of the property it appears a need of any additional expenses like – notary fees, stamp duty , checks on the property ownership, etc. These additional charges are usually from 3% of the property price.

Company registration fees : Our team of lowers will fully assist you in registering your Ltd. Company . For registering a company we charge a fee of 500 Euro.

Transport / taxi  charges :  If our car is used for viewing trips from your hotel to the property area we charge 0.20 Euro per km. ( approximately 14 pence ) to cover the petrol charges . If you buy a property from our company we do not charge transport.
